The Commons is an ecosystem of entrepreneurs, businesses & curious minds. The business offers unique shared workspaces in Melbourne and Sydney with an agenda to grow across the APAC region. In order to maintain its growth without eroding its community feeling and exceptional customer experience, the business needed a solution that would allow scalable operations.

Every Member is Special

The goal from the outset with The Commons was to take over 20 different systems and cloud solutions and get to as close to one as possible; to ensure every member had a consistent and personal experience with the business. Onboarding, adding new members, changing desks, upgrading to offices, visualising floor plans in real time; everything contributed to providing a seamless experience for members and taking manual steps out of the hands of The Commons team. ‍

‍Salesforce allowed us to deliver a bespoke solution within a standard framework, connect marketing with Pardot and engage intelligently with members.

One very unique component of this solution was the live floor plan. This allows sophisticated process automation to occur in the background through a few clicks on the screen. Magic, right in front of your eyes!
